Patterned Conveyor Belt

Canvas: Cotton, nylon, polyester.

Type:common, heat-proof,acid and alikli resistant and oil resistant belt, etc, according to rubber cover characteristics.

Feature:

To slope 0-45 to prevent materials from falling off, and to improve the capability of the belt.

Different from other types:

Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. The shape and high (depth) of pattern is subject to the material it conveyand the angle of the machine.
On the surface of the belt, there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types, high,medium and low.

Use:
It can convey powdered, granulated and small lumpmaterials at the inclination of no more than 40. It can also conveypackaged materials.
Suitable for conveying grain or power materials and can work with an obliquity less than 40 degrees .
