1. Construction
 The belt reinforcement is a complete layer of solid woven carcass. After dipping the carcass is covered with rubber compound (PVG) or plastic compound (PVC) which is of excellent flame retardant and anti-static.
2. Application
Combustion-resistant & Anti-static Whole PVC/PVG Conveyor Belt for Coal Mining does not take off layer and has connation retardant, good electrostatic, longitudinal tear-pordoof,waterproof performance. It is used in dry conditions below obliquity 16 and in humid conditions, such as flammable colliery, mine well etc.
