Frame:

The patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt body and pattern.

Pattern shape and height (depth) may be different because of conveyed different material and gradient of conveyer.

Features:

1)Purpose Herring-bone patterned conveyor Belt

Characteristic:

There is herring-bone pattern higher than belt on the surface of belt. The profile may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types such as high, medium and low.

Use:

It can convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of no more than 40C. It also convey packaging material.

2)Strip Patterned Conveyor belt

Characteristic:

There is cross strip pattern higher than belt on the surface of belt. The pattern is divided into three types such as high, medium and low. Each kind of pattern includes two types such as sparse and dense-type according to the arrangement of intervals.

Use:

It can convey package material at the gradient of no more than 30C,or on the horizon. It can replace herring-bone patterned conveyor belt.

3)Granulated Patterned Conveyor belt

Characteristic:

There is granular pattern higher than belt or sinked into belt on the surface of belt Caved-in hole also can be made into the shape of square-hole, rhombic and wove-type.

Use:

Protruding-granula profile Is applied to such material conveyance as soft package or the material needing gripping power (e.g. Paperboard or nonsliding convey). Caved-in hole granulated pattern is applied to the convey of no more than 45C.

4)Fan-shaped Patterned Conveyor belt

Characteristic:

There is half-fan-shaped (or quarter of round) pattern on the surface of belt. When the belt is grooved, the patterns joint together into fan-shape (of half round) which belongs to high-pattern type

Use:

It's suitable for conveying powder,granular and lump material at the big gradient of no nore than 60C. The width of patterned conveyor belt that our corporation can provide is no more than 1200mm.
