Pattern conveyer belt is fitful for conveying the materials scattered and packaged at the angle of 0°-45°, which can prevent materials from sliding and increase conveying ability. Usage: herringbone and fishbone pattern,Strip Pattern,Granular Pattern, U type and cylinder pattern, and etc.

Herringbone Pattern
Usage: It's suitable for transporting powdery, granular,  particle material, material packed in bags
at the conveying angle of not more than 40o.

Strip Pattern
Usage: It's suitable for transporting materials in bags at the angle of not
more than 30o or at leveling. If in the trough, it can replace herringbone
pattern.
 
Granular Pattern
Usage: Projected granular patterns are suitable for transporting materials in
soft bags, the material with gripping power, or for none-slip conveying;
Indented patterns at the angle of not more than 30o or at leveling.
 
Remark:
1) Special patterns can be designed according to the customer's request.
2) We can offer the pattern conveyor belt with the belt width less than or
equal to 1500mm.
